All the products sold on Sognando Casa Shop are original and first choice. The wares ordered will be of the same tone and caliber. You can verify these informations on the boxes of your order.
WHY THE PRODUCTS HAVE DIFFERENT DISCOUNT?
The discount for every product is the official discount authorized by the manufacturers. Greater discounts and different special prices than those ones exposed in our shop are offered only after the specific request of the customer and are provided upon authorization from the productive company.
CAN I GET A SAMPLE?
Yes, it is possible to require one or more sample tiles and / or a color folder to evaluate the product. The sample is provided for free and you only have to pay the shipping cost. The maximum limit number of samples for every productive company is three. The cost of shipping depends on the distance, the weight and volume. It is possible to calculate automatically the cost of shipping inserting a sample in the cart.

WHAT ARE THE TRANSPORT COSTS?
Transport costs change from case to case according to the weight, volume and distance of the destination of the goods from the producing factory. You can insert in the cart your data and your zip code, in order to calculate the costs of transport of your order.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
The delivery times depend on the availability of materials. Generally 15-20 days for deliveries in Europe, more than 20 days for deliveries outside Europe.
HOW IS THE DELIVERY?
We deliver your order with the means of transport suitable for weight and volumes. The vehicles are always equipped with lift device and the products are unloaded at the street level.
HOW IS POSSIBLE TO FOLLOW AN ORDER?
After the confirm of the order, we will leave the shipping to one of our carriers and send you by e-mail all the references to follow the shipment of your order.
HOW IS POSSIBLE TO PAY AN ORDER?
You can pay your order by bank transfer or with PayPal.
IF THE GOODS ARRIVE BROKEN?
The transport is under insurance. If you see a broken or damaged box, write on the transportation document "package damaged – collection with subject to check". Send us an e-mail with one or more pictures of the packaging and verify in the following 48 hours the integrity of the goods and in case you find some broken package, contact us to request the substitution.
